quick teething tip - frozen yogurt sticks

My baby girl has been teething (and as you can see from the tears in her eyes it hasn't been much fun)! I've been trying to figure what to give her to soothe her gums since she really doesn't like the frozen teether thingys. I decided to try frozen yogurt sticks with her (I used the horizon's tuberz, but there is also yoplait go-gurts). And it worked! She loved it! It soothed her gums and gave her a little snack too.  I wish I would have figured this one out 3 kids ago! If your baby is a bit too small for yogurt, I hear frozen waffles (kept frozen) work wonders too.

Alden Lane

We are finally getting back to the blog and Facebook. This entry is all about Mr. Alden Lane (and mommy & daddy too, of course). In the first image below, we were able to recreate a photo from their maternity session. So sweet! Little man was wide-eyed and awake the entire length of the photo shoot!  Daddy lulled him into deep meditative state with an impromptu vocal serenade. Such a beautiful thing to watch (and capture). I must say, this is one amazing family.
